• Carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
• Damage caused during shipping

Customers are responsible for verifying shipping information prior to order submission.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns must be approved by Hagen Performance prior to shipment.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
• Returned items must be unused and in original packaging
• Custom, special-order, electrical, tuning, or installed items may not be eligible for return
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless caused by our error

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to charge restocking fees where applicable.

11. User Conduct
